It allows the even and uniform distribution of the nutrients throughout the area being treated. May also be used in landscape beds and soil containing flower. These fertilizing granules use a coating made from natural plant resins, making it more effective. Use: Nursery, foliage and greenhouse production, container gardens, interiorscapes, and landscapes. Application: Application rates are based on factors that influence selection include climate, specific crop, type of growing media, rainfall amount, irrigation type, and other nutrient sources. For greenhouse applications, it is recommended to use low to medium rates. The Anderson’s Turf Fertilizing Granules 16-4-8 ……… 50 lb The Anderson’s Turf Fertilizing Granules 16-4-8 is a premium NS-54 blended formula with phosphate, nitrogen, and potash that is designed to provide a strong and vigorous turf. It contains micronutrient Iron and other essential nutrients which work together to help boost the growth and development of turf, prevent deficiencies and improve the initial color response for greener grass. The nitrogen in this product is slowly and readily available perfect for application throughout growing seasons between the soil temperatures of 55 Fahrenheit and 60 Fahrenheit, not exceeding 85 Fahrenheit. This product is free flowing and dust free, easy for application. Use: Turf Application: In the spring, or as soon as weather and ground conditions permit, apply 4 .54 to 6 .25 pounds of this product per 1,000 square feet. Repeat every six to eight weeks throughout the growing season. Formulation: Granules Coverage Area: Feeds 11,000 sq. ft. (0.25 acre) with .73 lbs. N/1,000 sq. ft. at the Low Rate. Feeds 8,000 sq. ft.
